Welcome to Summer
We all know summer is the peak season for RVers to get out and experience the joy of the open road, but where should you go and how do you get there? We’ve been working hard to bring you the best RV summer destination spots, travel advice and features so that your summer is that much easier.
Before you leave your driveway, make sure to do your safety housekeeping. Are your tires properly inflated? And have you taken care of any electrical issues? You want to make sure you aren’t hours from home when disaster strikes.
That said, do you have everything you need to have the best time? Our Product Showcase and News and Reviews sections might just have the item you didn’t know you couldn’t live without. We’ve also highlighted the best products to save your vacation when fire restrictions are in place. While these restrictions seem to put a crimp in your camping, we show how you can still enjoy the outdoors - just in a different style.
Have you picked a destination? We have some great features on wineries, beaches, lakes and national parks that might kickstart your desire to go where you’ve never been before.
August is also a good time to think about all the places you want to go in the fall. We have a great article on finding the perfect rental accommodations before you go south. Traditionally, our September issue is the “big one” and we hope to see you back here then for our Favourite Routes South.
