Foggy Tom was a first-class, grade-A jerk. The entire party hated him within 30 seconds of his first appearance. By the third time they ran into him they were prepared to burn a city to the ground so long as Tom burned with it.

Once he had been a proud vampire, but a magical malady had trapped him in the misty form normally only used to escape danger. Rather than bemoan his unfortunate state, however, Tom chose to embrace it. He fed on fresh wounds wherever possible, taunting his victims as he drained them and fleeing though sewer grates and broken windows at the first sign of trouble.
