This month’s appointments

Aspect Capital, the $7.5bn systematic investment manager, has promoted Rosie Reynolds to Chief Commercial Officer and to the Board. In her new role, Reynolds will remain responsible for Aspect’s commercial strategy and the management of the Business Development team, as well as playing a greater role in developing and delivering the company’s strategic plans. Anthony Todd, CEO of Aspect, said: “I am delighted to welcome Rosie to the Board and congratulate her on her new role. Rosie’s appointment reflects her broad involvement and impact on Aspect’s strategy over many years. She has all the key skills and experience to deliver innovative investment solutions and excellent client service to Aspect’s range of global investors. I believe her depth of leadership and commercial experience will be invaluable as we take the company forward.” In her twelve-year tenure at Aspect, Reynolds has held various leadership roles across a number of functions, including Head of Legal (2007), Deputy Chief Operating Officer (2010), Director of Client Services and Marketing (2014) and Director of Global Business Development (2016). Prior to joining Aspect, she worked at Hogan Lovells from 2001 to 2005, qualifying as a corporate lawyer in 2003. Reynolds commented: “I am thrilled to be joining Aspect’s Board as we continue to deliver our diversification strategy. The company has an incredible pool of talent whose breadth and depth of expertise is dedicated to delivering value to our clients over the long-term. I look forward to continuing to work closely with investors to provide them with innovative systematic investment solutions and high levels of transparency.”
