COLLEEN’S STORY

As I grew older I took every opportunity to wear Jenny’s clothes in secret. This went on for years and after she married and emigrated to America I borrowed my other sisters’ clothes. In imitation of my sisters I always preferred to sit down to urinate.

Later I won a scholarship and entered a local grammar school. There, we attended school on Saturday mornings and, if the weather was too bad for outdoor sports, had Wednesday afternoons off. This gave me opportunities to dress in my sisters’ clothing. One such afternoon I was dressed in Mary’s clothes when she came home earlier than expected and caught me in flagrante. I expected her to laugh or sneer but she did neither. She hugged me and said it was fine. She asked if I’d like her to show me how to dress properly. I said, “Oh yes, please!” So she showed me how to put on and adjust a bra, and how to put on suspenders and stockings. About this time, my father emigrated to America to live with Jenny. When Mary married and left home she left me a selection of her clothes (bless her cotton socks!).
