There’s plenty of home nation interest in this year’s European Championship, with England, Wales and Northern Ireland all featuring among the twenty four teams who will battle it out in France to win the
coveted Henri Delaunay Cup. It’s the first time that three UK countries have made it to the same finals. Wales and Northern Ireland are among five nations making their maiden European Championship appearance, while England, who are in the same group as Wales, are playing in their ninth finals. Hosts France open the tournament against Romania on
Friday, before the home nations and defending champions Spain begin their campaigns next week. Football fans will be glued to their screens over the next month as the likes of Harry Kane, Gareth Bale, Cristiano
Ronaldo and Antoine Griezmann promise to light up the tournament.
