MY VEGAN LIFE

I became vegan aged 15 in 2007. By then I had been vegetarian for 3 years and, spurred on through my own inquisitiveness and a friend’s older brother who was already vegan, the transition for me seemed logical. The moral justification for my veggie diet was not to do harm to animals and so vegan seemed the next step. Despite my mum’s agreement, she then insisted I cook all my own food!
