400g (14oz) firm tofu

50g (1¾oz) flour

2 tsp granulated garlic

1 tsp sweet paprika

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (optional)

½ tsp ground

black pepper

50ml (1¾floz) vegetable oil

75ml (2¾oz) unsweetened dairy-free milk

FOR THE SAUCE

200g (7oz) silken tofu

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

25ml (1floz) olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice
