Vegan tips about omega -3 fat

Many of us have heard the message that oily fish is a rich source of omega-3 fat, but if you’re vegan, this isn’t a useful nutrition tip. However, it is good to know that there are multiple animalfree sources of omega-3 fat. Also, learning a bit about omega-6 fat can help you to do a good job of balancing the fats in your diet.
