I’m sorry you’ve been having so many problems and not found any answers, it must be frustrating! Pelvic pains are hard to diagnose and there isn’t always an answer. Finding ways to minimise the pain is sometimes the only solution. When it comes to conditions like endometriosis, there is a dearth of evidence and so many unknowns in terms of the relationship with exercise. It’s interesting that (in your full letter) you say when you were taking the pill you had no problems, suggesting a hormonal cause for the pain. Re-starting that could be an option to discuss with your GP. You have unresolved, recurrent, pelvic pain with suspected endometriosis so it would be reasonable to seek a referral to a gynaecologist for an opinion.
