Poetry magazine Goblin Fruit is looking for poetry that approaches, ‘mythic, fantasy, folklore and other themes in a fantastical way,’ and this could include ‘rewriting a fairy tale, pondering an old story or considering history from an unusual perspective’. Not of interest is, ‘science fiction poetry, horror for horror’s sake and poetry that is self consciously gothic’.
Submissions will be considered between 9 January and 3 March and during three other periods during the year. See website for further information and any changes.
