Poems for the sheriff

The High Sheriff’s Cheshire Prize for Literature 2016 is open for entries. This year the prize will be awarded for poetry.

The prize is for writers who were born, live or have lived, or studied or have studied, in Cheshire. This includes the Wirral, Warrington and Halton. The first prize winner gets £2,000 and there are additional runner-up prizes worth £750.
