Renaissance Learning’s eighth annual What Kids Are Reading survey, which surveyed almost three quarters of a million children in 3,300 schools, discovered that in secondary schools Jeff Kinney’s Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul was the mostread book. However, most popular at secondary level was Girl Online, ghostwritten by Siobhan Curham and published as by the vlogger (video blogger) Zoella (real name Zoe Sugg). Among primaryage children The Twits by Roald Dahl was the mostread title.
