Founded in 2002, Maisonneuve has twice been Magazine of the Year in Canada’s National Magazine Awards. The title describes itself as a quarterly of arts, opinion and ideas, ‘a New Yorker for a younger generation’ or ‘Vanity Fair without the vanity’. It publishes nonfiction writing of all kinds, including reporting, essays, memoirs and humour.
