POLICE FILES

■ At about 1am on Sunday September 30, in Shore Street, Campbeltown, a 28-year-old woman assaulted a man. Police arrested and charged the woman and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.

■ Late on last Friday night police detained two women, aged 24 and 41, in Ralston Road, Campbeltown, for abusive behaviour. Both allegedly struggled with Officers in an attempt to resist arrest. The pair were charged and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.

■ A garden in Lady Mary Row, Campbeltown, was entered and items overturned with two trellises damaged. Police are investigating last Friday’s incident which occurred between 7pm and 10.30pm and are appealing for witnesses.
