IT SEEMS author Denzil Meyrick is not alone in creating murder and mystery on a regular basis! The McFadyen-sponsored Campbeltown Pupils have become very adept at losing games they appear to dominate, a complete mystery for the coaching staff and murder for players and supporters.

Nevertheless, with one more game to play before saying goodbye to a three-year stay in the top division, the local favourites must find a way to return to the elite as soon as possible – no easy task, as there are a number of ambitious clubs waiting in the wings to challenge for the two precious promotion places.
