Tarnished village of Tayinloan needs a fix

Sir, As a resident of Tayinloan, I am concerned about the state of the village.

It is the only village in Kintyre without a bus shelter.

I spoke to an Argyll and Bute councillor about this last year and we are still waiting. We are also waiting for a 40mph speed limit past Tayinloan on the A83 as traffic travels at high speed past the village and it is only a matter of time before a vehicle pulling out onto the main road is hit by someone coming round the bend.
