THE MORNING starters in Dunaverty’s Keil Trophy competition took advantage of the pleasant weather to post some good scores.
Ross Sinclair led the way by going out in 32 and back in 38 to record a nett 65 only to be overtaken by Robert Irvine, also with a 64 but a better inward half.
Robert held this lead for quite some time until Steven Garrett produced his best round of the season and pipped Robert by one stroke.
