Moonwalker makes a midnight march

A CAMPBELTOWN woman who has suffered from cancer will walk through the night to raise funds at Moonwalk Scotland in June.

Local government worker Morna Maccoll knew she wanted to take part as soon as she heard of the event and last year completed a half moon of 13 miles.

This year Morna’s team, with its name Baloo’s Boozums selected to support the event’s safari theme, includes her friend, Jessie Fargnoli, who has also had breast cancer treatment in 2015 and sister-in-law Mel Mac-Coll.
