Schools pipe band blasts its way to second place

YOUNG PIPERS playing at their first major competition landed an incredible runner-up position.

Competing in Paisley last Saturday at the British Championships, the Kintyre Schools Pipe Band’s Novice B band and 3A band both took to the field for the opening major of the season, with the Novice band taking an impressive second place.
