SALLY SELLS SEASHELLS. Vintage seashell engravings homeowner Molly Walpuck purchased from an estate sale cluster on the living room wall for a subtle coastal-style gallery. Underneath the frames, several seashells fill a wooden bowl to complete the collection.

A GRAND ENTRANCE. The entryway has Molly’s signature blue stamp with light blue walls and an ombré blue staircase. The vintage furniture piece traveled all the way from England, having belonged to Molly’s mother.
COTTAGE CRAFTSMAN. The updated exterior is a modern take on a New England shingle craftsman home.
A VIEW TO REMEMBER. The deck looks out onto the stunning views of the water and provides a spot for Molly and her family to relax and enjoy each other’s company.
Patience is a virtue when buying a project home—
or in this case, two. When homeowner Molly Walpuck purchased this Tenants Harbor, Maine, property in 2016, it was no surprise that the land had two little 1950s cottages on it, since the town is known for its vacation homes. At about 450 square feet a piece, a lot of work needed to be done to the existing structures to create Molly’s dream home. After three years of hard work and decision making, Molly and her husband were finally able to move into the main house in October 2019, but not before a complete renovation of the two smaller structures.
