We’ve been waiting in anticipation for the first finished space to reveal from our Utah Project House, and here it is. This powder room is part of a larger mudroom in the house designed by builder The Fox Group.
Whereas other areas of the home feel rather stately, the powder room is full of homespun charm. “ This powder room has a primitive, historical, farmhouse feel,” says Cara Fox, owner of The Fox Group. “We went in this direction because it’s perfect for a cottage-farmhouse mudroom, which needs to be more durable as it’s a high-traffic space.”
