Drake White is one of the finest live performers in country music right now, exploding onstage from the first second, like a boxer poised to land the knockout punch, as the crowd roar their approval. With his band, The Big Fire, he’s moved up from C2C 2017’s satellite stages to playing the main arena stage for C2C 2019 this coming March. And in the meantime, after his terrific debut album Sparks, and busbee-produced EP Pieces, he’s looking for a new record label to share his vision. In the sweet spot between soundcheck and meet and greets, before his KOKO date in London, the Alabama native spoke candidly of what lies ahead.
