A LOCHGILPHEAD man has been jailed for obstructing and hindering medical staff from doing their job.
The court heard that Luke Bowden was admitted to the accident and emergency department at Mid Argyll Community Hospi tal on the afternoon of March 23 this year after falling over, apparently because he was drunk.
Two nurses on duty that day said they believed he was clearly under the influence of alcohol and needed a staff member to be with him at all times.
