The only way is up for Arran High School pupils

More pupils than ever before passed higher and advance higher exams at Arran High School this year as the school saw its overall attainment improve for the third successive year.

That was the positive message head teacher Barry Smith gave at the school’s annual award ceremony held on Wednesday Setpember 6. As reported in last week’s Banner the school this year has a joint dux in Alison Provan and Rachel Janse Van Rensburg.
