Farmers pay ‘over the odds’ for superb stock from Arran

Messrs Craig Wilson Ltd, Auction Mart at Ayr concluded their spring sales where 388 cattle and 379 sheep from the island found new homes on the mainland. Once again great credit must go to the farmers on Arran for presenting the superb quality of stock which buyers are prepared to pay over the odds to secure.
