Peter Häggström Lindecrantz represented Sweden in the long jump at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney. But before he got there he spent a decade struggling to come to terms with his sexuality. Shortly after the Olympics, he left sport and moved into the retail and design sector and also appeared regularly on Swedish television as an pundit at sporting events. After meeting his husband-to-be and having kids, they moved back to his home town of Borås, the fashion and textile centre of Sweden. Now 42, he runs YMR Track Club sportswear. He tells us about the joys of sports, coming out and building his brand
