“Pfffff….vegetables. Don’t really like vegetables,” Mitch Marner recently revealed to Sportsnet. “Mostly all of them. Somebody makes my smoothies and they hide a bunch of stuff in it that I probably wouldn’t like it if I saw it. I just chug it.”
It was the sort of pronouncement you’d expect from a pouting six-year-old, not one of the best athletes in the world. But don’t worry about Marner’s diet. He may hate vegetables, but he’s crazy about apples.
