BANKS - Peacefully, in Lichfield, on October 28, 2017, in his 93rd year, Robert Banks ARCST, former Director of Research, GEC Marconi, and pioneer of television service in Scotland. Robin was the son of the late Alexander and Mary Banks of Lochend, Campbeltown, and is sadly missed by his daughter Fiona and three grandchildren.
