CHEF’S SECRET RECIPE
This brilliant snack, known as ‘The Unruly cheese melt’, epitomises what we’re all about at The Unruly Pig pub in Suffolk. Our approach is never to compromise. If we’re going to serve a toasted cheese sandwich, it has to be elevated to the highest level by using premium, aged cheddar, quality parmesan and roquefort, boosted by a generous amount of mustard.
