DNA: What was your adolescence like?
Hunter Xavier: I was a skinny, confused kid who was athletic but not popular. I had a few friends but was more of a loner than anything. I was the hot-headed troublemaker everyone knew but was afraid of. Once I discovered weightlifting and using the gym as an outlet for my anger I was able to focus on more important things. That led to making better choices and having better people in my life.
