FROM PESTO to pasta, we all have a favourite Italian ingredient, but learn to cook like an Italian and you could be enjoying the health benefits of a Mediterranean diet every day. For a great start, we have 15 pairs of tickets to give away for a master class in Mediterranean cooking with chef Aldo Zilli. Our 15 winners will each be invited to bring a friend to join the Healthy Food Guide team at London restaurant Carousel, where Aldo will demonstrate a healthy Italian menu, using the Free From range of Sacla’ Pesto.
On arrival, you’ll enjoy a glass of prosecco and Aldo will prepare classic pasta dishes, as well as providing quick, innovative recipe ideas to help you put more of the Med into your midweek menu. Following the demonstration, you’ll sit down to a three-course supper with wine. You’ll have the opportunity to put your questions to nutrition editor Amanda Ursell and chat with the teams from Healthy Food Guide and Sacla’.
You’ll take home a goody bag containing the latest issue of the magazine plus some Sacla’ treats – including the new vegan mayonnaise – to get you started recreating Aldo’s delicious recipes.
