WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT SALT… Or, more specifically, about the dangers of a high-salt diet. Don’t get me wrong: the government has done some fantastic work with raising public awareness on reducing our sugar intake over the past few years, as well as targeting the food industry over sugar – but the dangers a high-salt intake presents to health can’t be ignored. It is as important as sugar and should be getting equal attention.
