The fascination with gut health continues – and with good reason. More and more evidence is emerging about how a healthy gut can help our immunity, mood and even weight loss. I started navel gazing two years ago after speaking to gut guru Tim Spector. Following his advice, I’ve been including probiotics in my diet to help my good bacteria lourish. For me, it’s mainly keir drinks or yogurt and the lightly sparkling kombucha drink. Sauerkraut is an acquired taste!
