COLOUR ME CALM
I was so glad the focus of the August issue was mental wellbeing. So many articles were relevant to me, including the one about panic, which I suffer from. I will certainly be using your ideas and tips about reducing panic and anxiety. I loved the helpful tools feature – particularly the ‘colour me in’ section, which I found so relaxing. It has encouraged me to pick up my colouring book again. I was also interested to read the interview with Lorraine Pascale. I too have deep-rooted trauma, which manifests from my childhood and which I am now beginning to address, after suffering from PTSD for the past couple of years. Thank you for all the articles in the August issue, as well as all the information about the best food and supplements for mental wellbeing.
