FIVE GROW LIVE

THE CROPS BEING GROWN

The following seeds were kindly given by Kings Seeds, who also supply the seeds that are given away with Kitchen Garden magazine.three of the trial seeds – sweetcorn ‘Golden Bantam’, kohl rabi and butternut squash –were given away free with the April issue. So if you had these, we hope you are growing along with the Five Grow Live; please let us have your feedback on how they do. Other seeds being tested are snap pea ‘Purple Magnolia Snap’, radish ‘Cherry Belle’, dwarf French bean ‘Mistik’, tomato ‘Honey Moon’, spinach ‘Matador’ and courgette ‘Zucchini’.

How is going so far?

At the time of press for the August issue, which is early June, the five had made a great start.
