A group of 13 from the Old Kirk, Kilmacolm, led by the minister the Rev Dr Peter McEnhill, travelled to Geneva for three days in order to visit sites that have been and are important to the establishment and continuation of Protestantism. Visits included the World Council of Churches, the International Museum of the Reformation, the Reformation Wall, St Peter’s Cathedral and the Auditoire where John Calvin preached and where he and John Knox (among others) debated many fundamental aspects of religion.
