I was lucky enough to attend the exclusive NHS70 celebration event at Westminster Abbey. This was an incredible and awe-inspiring opportunity to recognise and celebrate the extraordinary role the institution and the heroes who serve us from cradle to grave. The NHS70 event also highlighted the pride I feel in my role as a mental health nurse. I strive to fight stigma, challenge positively and seek to always collaborate with my service users to be least restrictive and help them achieve their goals.
