LOCHABER and District Canine Society welcomed nearly 300 dogs and 150 exhibitors from all over Scotland to the Nevis Centre, Fort William, for its annual dog show.
Society chairwoman Lorna Ungoed-Thomas said: ‘We had a successful and enjoyable show thanks to the hard work of the committee and helpers.’
Perhaps better known for his expert commentary on Crufts, this year’s main judge, Frank Kane, was impressed with the society’s organisation of the show as well as the quality of the dogs he judged.
