A MAN charged with selling mephedrone to someone who died later that night has been found not guilty.
Cameron Kirkham from Campbell Court appeared in Fort William Sheriff Court last week accused of supplying the drug to the late Donald Ruaridh MacKinnon on January 19, 2016.
During the trial on Monday November 7, Craig Cook who was friends with the deceased, gave evidence that he had spent much of January 19 with Mr MacKinnon, that the two had gone to the doctors where Mr MacKinnon was given diazepam in a blister packet.
