Scott Davies, head chef at the Michelin starred The Three Chimneys restaurant in Skye, returns this year by popular demand for a food demonstration, joining other chefs and stallholders to offer the most extensive range of market options ever. Annual favourites return, such as the Reindeer Parade, the Victorian Market and the Haggis and Whisky Festivals, which continue to grow.
There will be children’s rides, hot food stalls and music to keep the crowds entertained. On the last day of the festival, a parade leaves Corran Halls led by the Oban High School Pipe band. The finale in the Distillery and fireworks close the festivities.
