Our beautiful, distracted minds flit like a butterfly from flower to flower, pausing only briefly before moving on. In a constant state of flux , the mind is busy and unsettled. Scientists tell us that we have approximately 70,000 thoughts every day, so the mind can be a very busy place indeed. This statistic also tells us that a busy mind is normal and therefore nothing to worry about.
