A survey by swimwear brand Zoggs of 1,000 women aged 18 to 44 in the UK has found that only 6.9% of women feel confident walking from the changing room to the pool.
Women aged 36 plus were the most confident age group with 1 in 3 saying that they felt comfortable walking from the changing room to the pool.
