Race briefing
Imagine your perfect open water swim. Do you envision crystal clear water, clean enough to drink? How about gorgeous alpine scenery with vineyards and castles? As English ultramarathon swimmer Mark Sheridan says: “This has to be as close to open water swim heaven as one can get.” The Lake Geneva Swimming Association (LGSA) was born in 2015 with a goal of sharing these heavenly waters of Lac Leman, also known as Lake Geneva, with marathon swimmers around the world.
