1 Write down your vision. Write about the topic ‘24 hours of living my vision’ in as much detail as you can. Focus more on how you feel in your vision, doing what you need to do in that life you want. Then, share it with one or two trusted people. Put up your piece of writing where you can see it every day.
2 Keep a journal. Note some of the fantasies that you’ve been holding onto that are taking you away from being present in your life. Be honest – awareness is the first step towards change. Own them with no judgement and prepare to let them go.
3 See your future self. Jot down the qualities of your potential self, that person you want to be. What do you need to learn in order to become that person?
