Hello, again readers and a Happy New Year to you all. Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and didn’t indulge too much! But if you did, a new year starting, is a great time to set yourselves some fitness and weight-loss goals. I’ve decided to embrace Dry January plus mix up my training a bit, and focus a lot more on nutrition (which I will be sharing on my Instagram), to motivate my followers. I do have a nutrition qualification so aim to start putting that to good use this year.
