Veganism stretches far beyond the food you put in your body and the products you choose to support. Its underlying message speaks about kindness and compassion for all living creatures. And while it is easy to practice love and empathy outwardly – toward family, friends and the creatures that share the earth with us – it can be a bit more challenging to turn that compassion inwards.
