On Saturday, Beggio and Ryttarbris are first disqualified after the heats for irregular fuel, then readmitted on Sunday morning because the Cik accepts the opinions of ELF technicians who judge instruments used on the track as unreliable. The nightmare of disqualification vanished, Beggio takes to the track and wins the World Championship title for the second consecutive year.
