#2Milk A pint a day helps your feet travel a long way. It took my body going into extreme shock to learn that.

#3Massage roller ball I used a little pink massage ball (£5 from TK Maxx) sometimes up to three times a day, to loosen up my muscles. That with intensive yoga stretches, which I did every morning and evening, helped my body recover and carry on.
