EAT WELL
WHAT DOES MYGLUTEN INTOLERANCE MEAN FOR MY TRAINING?
Gluten is a protein found in barley, rye and wheat-based foods, and If you’re intolerant to it, you’ll probably suffer digestive symptoms such as bloating, diarrhoea and stomach pain when you eat foods like pasta, bread, and processed foods (biscuits, sauces, salad dressing, etc). Other symptoms of a gluten intolerance include headaches and joint pain, and symptoms typically present a few hours after eating the problem food, although sometimes they show up immediately.
