Hannah Cockroft
Hannah is a British wheelchair racer who holds the world records for the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m in her classification as well as winning five Paralympic golds
After she was born, Hannah had two cardiac arrests, which left her with permanent damage in numerous areas of her brain, resulting in weak hips, deformed feet and legs and mobility problems, as well as impaired fine motor skills in her hands.
